Where do I even start? We've had Zito for two years now in a brand new place. Our neighbors on both sides are all good. But us? We've been dealing with the modem acting up for months! Swapped it out three times already, and guess what? Still no fix. Why not just go with one of the big providers? We're in a rural area, and they stop just across the street. Sure, they credit our account when we call, but at some point, you'd think someone would step up and say, 'Hey, we need to sort this out.' But nope! So here I am, letting it all out on Trustpilot about another company. It shouldn't have to come to this when we're paying for a service that we clearly aren't getting like our neighbors to the north and south.

Update 12/23/20: Well, our internet is down again, and of course, our neighbors are just fine! So it's clear Zito Media is a total joke! I mean it, a JOKE! This has been dragging on for months, and the problem is still here! They say they'll send a tech out. Tomorrow? On Christmas Eve?! The issue is right now, not tomorrow! Why hasn’t anyone from Zito Media taken the initiative to fix this ongoing problem? If we had any other option, we’d jump ship! It works for a week, then bam, back to square one. I couldn't even get on the computer to do my work tonight (12-23-20)! Maybe we should think about legal action. This is getting ridiculous! Again, no one else around us is having any trouble! Still waiting on a response from Zito Media!

UPDATE XMAS DAY 2020: Neighbors' internet has been working all day. Ours? Up and down for the third time. Now it feels personal. First contact was super nice. Second contact was okay. But the third? Mind you, it’s Christmas. Not a caring soul on that call. Our internet has been down since about 2:45 PM on Christmas Day. They told us a tech could come out Monday. Monday?! It’s now 4:06 AM Saturday morning. Doesn’t seem right. We called three times yesterday and got told Monday. I don’t know why I feel the need to say this, but it’s still happening right now! Alright, Zito Media. This has gone on long enough. We’ve been more than patient. Now it’s our turn to play... update to come in a few days.

UPDATE 1/26/21: So the issue is finally resolved! Got fantastic customer service from two lovely ladies and one boss lady! Never got that call from their rep (Teddi) who was supposed to reach out over a month ago. Wow! Big thanks to the three who finally sorted it out!

3/25/2021: The problem has been fixed for a while now. Everything's been running smoothly since they took care of the issue.

The support crew implemented a new feature in just a few days to help me customize the plugin to fit my requirements. Excellent communication and service. Much appreciated!
